Evolutionary Coincidences

{ X = formation of dark matter energy
{ Y = formation of thermal energy of fluids

1) The galaxy with its black hole and the hurricane with its eye of the storm are isomorphism compositions?
2) Is there a physical correlation between the two formations?
3) If so, can you formulate a mathematical theory that explains the physical correlation?
